How Is Rent to Own Different Than Buying a House?
Renting to own is basically a hybrid approach to buying a home where all of a lease payment goes to building equity in a home over time. It is usually a process by which the owner of a home allows a renter to build equity without having to make a down payment or secure a mortgage.

The cost of the Tiny Home is $136,400 with $5,000 down and the monthly rent of $1,700. The rental contract is for 13 years and once the home is paid off, it is yours!!! You can move it to your own property or stay and pay a $300 monthly lot rent. During the rental term and thereafter, all utilities are your responsibility. Are you ready to have a permanent home?
